FIDIC maintains a list of approved adjudicators: The FIDIC President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators.
Members of the President’s list are suitably qualified individuals holding a valid FIDIC Certified Adjudicator Certification
issued by FIDIC’s independent credentialing body, FCL.
The list is publicly available for consultation by the Parties to select a dispute board member, or when they fail to agree the appointment of the adjudicator, FIDIC acts as appointing authority and makes a selection from this list.
