We combine engineering and a wide site construction projects experience.
Our interventions are very operational, close to the companies’ management board, the projects management and construction management actors.
They are built on a principle of close collaboration with our customers, insuring the sustainability of the implemented solutions and facilitating the know-how transmission.
Dispute avoidance and dispute adjudication boards
We provide independent expert assistance to assist its clients in dispute resolution and settlement of contractual claim, either in an amicable way or in any format dispute arena, as independent Expert.
We assist our clients in using alternative dispute resolution processes and techniques to resolve their disputes when proceeding to international arbitration is not immediately required or desirable.
We use dispute boards and expert determination as referred alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) methods
We also act as dispute board member in international construction projects. Thierry RE (owner) is a certified adjudicator and is included in the FIDIC President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators.
Public works and private contracts
We are experienced on all major forms of construction contracts (FIDIC, New Engineeting Contract NEC3, etc.) under Common Law or Civil Law, but also NF P03 001, bespoke CGA and other terms and conditions deriving from Civil Law practices.
We are also highly experienced in French Public Works CCAG- Travaux.
