We are experienced on all major forms of construction contracts (FIDIC, New Engineeting Contract NEC3, etc.), but also NF P03 001, bespoke CGA and other terms and conditions deriving from Civil Law practices.
We can work in English and/or French speaking environments.
We are also highly experienced in French Public Works CCAG- Travaux.
